Download button not working
Using Edge the download button at bottom of thread is not working properly. When pressed it says “Downloading pdf” if pdf chosen but does not go through rest of dialogue and you have no choice of where to save it. When asked, the AI responded, !The Gistr export flow is: Share modal → Download tab → Notes → PDF format → Download PDF. Make sure you're clicking the final Download PDF button in the preview panel (not just the format selector), and that a new tab or window doesn't open briefly and close itself — if it does, a pop-up blocker is likely swallowing the download. If you're still stuck, you can reach out to Gistr support through the in-app chat widget, and they can help investigate further.” When I used share button on top right rather than download icon under thread and followed the steps then it worked as described.
Incorrect Artifact Generation & Credit Loss
The customer reports that generated artifacts are not matching the provided prompts. Specifically, when requesting 'part 4', the system generated 'part 5'. This issue resulted in the generation of unnecessary artifacts and a subsequent loss of customer credits.
Claude opus and sonnet not working
Without Claude, all remaining models are useless. However, claude is not working despite several attempts.
Document artifact
My documennt could not be generated using claude since it was mixed up with previous conversation. That is fine as long as we can answer the ai’s questions to continue. But a chat function is not there yet. Is it also possible to make a exportable markdown document on top of the beautifull pdf’s
